Ann Harten is Vice President of Global Human Resources at Haworth. Ann has served as an officer in both public and private companies and currently spearheads Haworth’s Human Resources initiatives globally. Having led her team in the design and implementation of a multi-tiered, global leadership development program, and a leading-edge Agile Work program, they are also focused on helping leaders at Haworth inspired engagement among our members. Before joining Haworth as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2005, Ann served as Senior Vice President and CIO for SIRVA, Inc. in Illinois, where she implemented a variety of systems supporting logistics and supply chain. She brings her combination of business, IT, and HR expertise to her service on company boards such as Feyen Zylstra, Wyffels Corn Hybrids, and Priority Health Insurance, as well as non-profit endeavors such as HelloWestMichigan.
